About Me

The Thoughtful Conservative
I am your average Midwesterner who has two college aged sons of whom I am extremely proud. This space gives me a platform to gather my thoughts. I will often write to collect my thoughts. The opinions expressed are mine. Hopefully, those of you who read this are further enlightened by my thoughts. They are not perfect, I know that. They are a reflection of my life's work and experiences. My Christian faith is also an important part of my life and will hopefully shine through as well. I am a big Kansas City Royals fan, and a fair weather Kansas City Chiefs fan. But in the end, I bleed the green and gold of my alma mater, Baylor. My hope is that this space will hopefully serve as a voice of reason and intelligent debate in an otherwise non-sensical world.
