Found an article on Yahoo Finance entitled “100 Greatest
Things About America in 2021” (The 100 Greatest Things about America 2021 (yahoo.com).
Found plenty in it to agree with. Also found plenty to disagree with. Instead
of nitpicking that list to death, I decided to create my list of 100 Greatest
Things About America in 2021.” I would challenge the reader to make his or her own
list. It will make you realize the blessing of living in America, and perhaps
fill your heart with gratitude. In that spirit, here is my list, in no
particular order:

Nice list Chuck but there are probably a few things you should try in the US that would make your list. Having traveled A LOT, I would recommend trying 1. the drive along the Colombia River Gorge in Oregon which is about 60 miles with river on one side and mountains on the other. 2. The combo trip of SF, Monterey, Redwood Forest, Sonoma (Not Napa), and Yosemite. 3. Yellowstone if done properly which means getting to the park as the sun rises. If staying an hour away in Cody, that means leaving at 4:30 AM. Choose June to see the Big Horn Sheep. 4. Road trip out West that can conveniently cover the Grand Canyon, Brice, Zion, Arches, Mesa Verde, Chaco Canyon, Rocky Mountains, Sedona, and the observatory in flagstaff. Simply put, the phrase "America the Beautiful" really does apply due to the variety of experiences of national parks, beautiful forests & mountains, ocean, rivers and lakes, etc. that many countries simply do not have or have polluted too much to enjoy.
